These massage techniques can help relieve pain and tension,  improve flexibility and circulation, reduce stress and promote relaxation and overall well-being.

 I have incorporated all of my 6 modalities (Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage and Reiki) into Spiritual Healing Massage. 


The massage session usually takes from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on how much your body needs me to focus on one particular area.  

The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need a massage session once a month.
